Rei Kakitsubata is a huge fan of Keiichi and the president of his offical fan club . She's the commander of the Hirragi-sama Honor Guard. She have green hair and she wears a lot of makeup, and the reason is shown in the first season that she's very ugly. She and her sister, Aoi Kakitsubata, owns a salon .
